To ensure a seamless experience, please review our shipping terms below before placing your order. We believe transparency is the foundation of trust between us and the pet parents we serve.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your VuraFlow Pro™ has been inspected and handed over to our courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This will include your tracking number, the courier partner, and an estimated delivery date. Please monitor your spam folder to ensure you receive these vital updates.
PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We take quality control seriously. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and pack your order.

Schedule: We ship exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING
VuraFlow™ partners with global logistics leaders to ensure your order arrives safely. Once shipped, your tracking link may take 1-4 days to update on the courier's website. While we work with the most reliable partners, VuraFlow™ cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe due to external factors like customs or local courier volume. In the event of a delay, our team will work with you to locate your package as quickly as possible.
SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY
To ensure high-value items like the VuraFlow Pro™ reach the correct hands, some couriers may require a signature. If you are unavailable to sign, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a secure nearby pickup point. Please note that VuraFlow™ is not responsible for packages once they are successfully delivered or signed for. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even for express shipments.
DAMAGES DUE TO COURIER HANDLING
Every VuraFlow™ product undergoes a strict quality check and is securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage. However, we cannot control how a package is handled once it leaves our facility.

If your package arrives damaged: Please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and email them to support@vuraflow.com within 48 hours.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and determining if you are eligible for a replacement.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives with missing items, please notify us at support@vuraflow.com within 48 hours of receipt. To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we sometimes ship products in separate packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.
ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, please email support@vuraflow.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to update your details, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment phase. For system-detected address issues, we will contact you via email; if we do not hear back within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

To make feline wellness accessible to everyone, VuraFlow™ is proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping. * Domestic (US): Standard shipping is provided at no cost.

International: While the shipping itself is free, international orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). This means the recipient is responsible for any local inbound duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for potential fees before ordering.

Tracking updates may take 1-4 days to reflect on courier websites. VuraFlow™ is not liable for customs delays or lost/stolen packages after delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is handed to the courier, it is technically out of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@vuraflow.com. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier. We recommend filing a police report for stolen items to assist with the claims process.
