VuraFlow™ Subscription Policy

At VuraFlow, we want to make sure your cat always has clean, fresh water. Our Monthly Filter Protocol sends you new filters automatically so you never have to worry about reordering. By signing up, you agree to the rules below.
1. Automatic Refills
When you pick a subscription at checkout, you agree to these things:
Automatic Charges: You give VuraFlow permission to charge your payment method (like your credit card) every 4 weeks. We will do this automatically until you cancel.
Price: You will pay the price shown at checkout. If there are taxes or shipping costs, those will be added to each order.
Reminders: We will send you an email a few days before we charge you to let you know your next filters are coming.
2. The Lifetime Warranty Bonus
As long as you have an active subscription, your VuraFlow Pro™ fountain is covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
If your pump or any parts break, we will replace them for free.
If you cancel your subscription, the Lifetime Warranty ends immediately.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Two ways to cancel:
1. Self-Service (Fastest): Log in to your account on VuraFlow.com. Go to "Manage Subscriptions" and click "Cancel."
2. Email Us: Send an email to support@vuraflow.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription." Please give us 48 hours to process your email.
Note: Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund an order that has already been paid for and processed.
4. Shipping and Address Changes
Automatic Shipping: We ship your filters as soon as your payment goes through.
Your Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct in your account. If you move, update your address before your next refill date. We are not responsible for filters sent to an old address if you did not update it.
5. Refunds on Subscription Orders
Before Shipping: If you were charged but your filters haven't shipped yet, email us immediately. We will try our best to stop the order and refund your money, but we cannot guarantee it if the warehouse has already packed it.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it follows our standard Return Policy. You may need to send the unopened filters back to get a refund.
6. Payment Issues
If your card expires or the payment fails, we will try to charge the card again. If it keeps failing, we will pause your shipments and your Lifetime Warranty will stop until the payment is fixed.
7. Changes to the Policy
Sometimes we may need to change our prices or these terms. If we change the price of your subscription, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. If you keep your subscription after that, it means you agree to the new price.
