You should swap for a fresh filter every 2 weeks. This keeps the water clean and healthy for your cat. With our protocol, new filters show up at your door automatically so you never have to remember to order.

WARRANTY

All VURAFLOW© products go through a strict quality inspection period in order to assure premium products. We are so confident in their quality to offer you an extended 2-year warranty.

In case your product presents malfunctions or manufacturing defects, we’ll quickly organize a free replacement.

However, our warranty does not cover theft, accidental damage, damage from regular wear and tear, or issues resulting from misuse or mishandling.
